ProVision Toothbrushes continuously inspects 100% of brush tufts on the production line, using a
color CCD camera and computer, detecting defects with reliability and traceability.
The intuitive touchscreen interface speeds up setup for new toothbrush models.
Detection of
missing tufts, or fewer bristles than expected, triggers automatic rejection without the machine
stopping its operation.
ProVision Toothbrushes can also check bristle color standardization for each brush.
It was developed by Propertech and works with all types of
toothbrushes, in various colors and shapes.
