ProVision - ProTube
Tube Inspection System
The ProTube system measures external diameter, internal diameter and density of the explosive mix in the plastic tube.
It consists of an optical system (camera, lens, filters and illuminators), a touchscreen monitor
for inspection images and easy data entry, and an electrical interface.
Inspects with a resolution of ~33 μm/pixel, at speeds of up to ~100 m/min.
If a failure is found, it marks the fault position on the tube.
