High-Speed Inspection System
Vision system that inspects 100% of products directly on the production line.
High-speed industrial cameras capture each product in motion; the machine vision pipeline locates the product by pattern matching and calculates a real-time conformity score.
Products with a score below the configured threshold are flagged as non-conforming and the PLC automatically receives the reject command.
The interface shows a green (pass) or red (fail) overlay on the image, pass/fail counters and real-time line inspection rate.
Score trend charts help identify gradual degradation, such as a dirty camera or lighting variation, before it generates scrap.
New products are registered by template, with thresholds configurable per product type.
