Oil Seal Inspection System
A manipulator feeds the seal ring into the machine at station 1; after inspection it transfers to station 2, flipping the ring over.
Three high-resolution line-scan cameras evaluate the main, auxiliary, deflector and lateral seal lips.
Three line-scan cameras perform high-resolution inspection of the main and auxiliary sealing lips of oil seal rings.
Results are presented graphically, with tolerances parameterized for the various seal types.
